Nominations for the Award can only be submitted online through this website. Nominations are accepted from nominators or candidates themselves.
Step 1: The Nominator provides basic information about themselves and their organization. The Nominator also provides information about the Nominee(s) and the rationale for their nomination. One Nominator can nominate multiple candidates.
Step 2: The Centre notifies the Nominee. The Nominee completes the “Nominee form” and uploads required supporting documentation.
Step 3: The Nominee is responsible for submitting the nomination before the deadline.
Step 4: Both Nominator and Nominee receive a confirmation email.
Step 1: The Applicant creates an online profile, completes the “Applicant form” and uploads required supporting documentation.
Step 2: Additionally, the Applicant must provide contact information for one Reference. The Applicant is responsible for downloading the “Reference Form,” sending it to their Reference, collecting the completed form and uploading it to their application.
Step 3: The Applicant is responsible for submitting the application before the deadline.
Step 4: Once the application has been received by the Centre, both Applicant and Reference receive a confirmation email.
