What does “pluralism” mean? Many people may be hearing this word for the first time and wondering what it means. Is it an academic concept? Is it a synonym for diversity? Why is it such an important international issue? How does it impact my life? Pluralism is contextual and the answers to these questions will vary from place to place and from person to person. The Centre is interested in hearing from people from all over the world.
As we launch the Award, we want to hear from you. What do you think pluralism is? Using the Twitter hashtag #mypluralism, tell us in 140 characters or less what this word means to you. Be creative, get inspired and share your vision of a more inclusive, peaceful and prosperous world.
Selected tweets will be displayed at a high profile event at the Centre later this year and featured on the Centre’s website and social media platforms.
Make sure to follow us on Twitter @GlobalPluralism to participate in this campaign and keep up to date with the Centre’s activities and events.
